Every year, our International Baccalaureate Diploma Visual Arts students are required to exhibit the work that they have completed throughout the 2-year course. Due to Covid-19, our 2020 exhibitions have been curated digitally. Please see below for links to individual exhibitions by:
These students have seamlessly blended traditional paintwork with photography and the latest video editing techniques.
The pop-up exhibitions will be available to view for a limited time only, so please make sure you visit before 30th June 2020.
Visual Arts is an enriching, thought-provoking course in which students develop not only their creativity, but also practical skills such as analysis and problem solving.
Our students build confidence in their own technical abilities, whilst exploring and comparing different approaches and artists. We aim to give an understanding of how an artists’ physical location and personal background impacts the work that they produce.
Art lessons are enjoyable, offering a more interactive option to other purely academic IB subjects. We investigate a variety of different processes including observational study, painting in different media, printmaking, design, lens-based study and three-dimensional work.
